How do I change the password?

First, go to “Request new password” from the Login Page. Then type email account in the “Username or e-mail address” box and click “E-mail new password”. And then check your e-mail and use the link provided from [email protected]. Then you will see “RESET PASSWORD” and click “Login” below. Then the new page with your username will appear. On that page, Username and e-mail address are being filled and type your new password two times and click “Save”. When you see “The changes have been saved” at the top of the window, your password has been successfully changed.

What information is required to register?

A username, an email address and category are required. The email address will not be made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by email.

How could the users provide feedback to MyPILAR?

Users could email to [email protected] using either in Myanmar or English.

How frequently the website gets updated?

As new contents come in, we will update it. We would add some more analysis or data while improving the previously uploaded graphics and analysis. For user upload documents, we would keep uploading new ones once MyPILAR have reviewed them for offensive or inappropriate content.

Who can upload files?

You have to register before uploading files. Please note that MyPILAR is not responsible for any documents or information uploaded by users, and has the right to remove anything that is offensive or unreliable.
