၂၀၁၃ ခုနှစ်၊ စက်တင်ဘာလ (၉)ရက်နေ့တွင် ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်လွှတ်တော် မှ ပြဋ္ဌာန်းလိုက်သော ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ် ပုဂ္ဂလိကမော်တော်ယာဉ်များ စနစ်တကျ ပြေးဆွဲရေးဥပဒေဖြစ်သည်။ ပြည်နယ်ကုန်းလမ်း သယ်ယူပို႔ဆောင်ရေးအဖွဲ့ ဖွဲ့စည်းခြင်း၊ ကော်မတီဖွဲ့စည်းခြင်း၊ လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များ၊ လုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့်များ၊ ပြစ်မှုနှင့် ပြစ်ဒဏ်များစသည်တို႔ပါရှိသည်။
Rakhine State Hluttaw passed systematic running of private vehicles law on 9th September 2013. This law covers formation of state land transport association, committee formation, duties and authority of the committee, offences, penalties and so forth.
